The Bill (Reg. No. 2223), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, extends the list of citizens liable to contract military service in the ranks, sergeants and sergeant majors. Thus, the persons with basic comprehensive secondary education are included into the said list. The Bill also creates more favourable first-contract conditions for persons of military age and military servicemen of active service".
However, the Committee members introduced a number of motions and remarks concerning the Bill. They deem necessary to introduce essential amendments to the Bill.
